Can someone describe to me how to play the card game speed? Put it in simplest form?

ive read all the other answers that people have given and i don’t understand the game directions because they are not clear to me so if someone can tell them to me in the simplest form then maybe i could understand.

speed reading

well the alternate title is nerve
3 players
1 player draws the cards for the other 2
that player counts up to 14 no matter what the card he drew out says
if the card he drew is the number you’re on the person that puts their hand on top of the pile wins the other one takes the pile the one with the most cards loses if you do it because of reactions and you want to be the 1st one u get the pile
