What is a good book to read for increasing your selling techniques?

I may be getting a promotion at work, but the position requires that I sell my company’s discount cards. I can’t sell water to a person engulfed in flames, but taking this position will eventually lead to a management position and I think that this will be good for me. Has anyone read, or heard of a good business book that helps you when it comes to selling items to customers?

He is the King of Marketing and Sales.. This one book will
answer all your queries and give you more solutions than anticipated!

The best one is a classic called “How to win friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie. It is not a quick-fix, so you will have to take some time to read and understand it, but you will be able to sell water to a thirsty man. See a summary of the principles on the link below.
