im trying to log onto tickle.com, they say they already have my e-mail address in system, but want take pw?

when i ask them to send me my password to my e-mail they do. but when i try to log in with the password they give me. it still says thats the wrong password. I think they just had me go thru that palm reading test for nothing.

you may want to check you caps locks to make sure or number lock may do it too.
