How can I stop the palms of my hands from sweating?

Everyday in school my hands are soaked all day. Everytime I turn it a paper there are watermarks all over it. I am afraid to shake hands with people because they are always so soaked. I read about the surgery but did not see a cost for it. I was wondering if there was a more simpler way to control it. thanks.

i have that problem but not as bad as you do
and it doesn’t happen all of the time you will get use to it
