How do you do well on reading comprehension tests?

I always pick the wrong answers when i take reading comprehension tests. how do i do better at them?

Practise is the only way. Read more, and try to work your way up to more difficult texts.

What they said. In addition, try to relax before hand–you might just be freaking yourself out.
