TEXTBOOKS ARE A RACKET! The purpose of college is to keep intellectual snobs(professors) employed. The racket works like this the instructor’s buddy wrote the book and he or she uses it in their class and visa versa. And they along with the publisher keep changing the book every year so you have to buy a new one every semester. Sometimes courses like philosophy you will buy a book a week and read a chapter and of course the book is expensive. This is proof that college has turned into a brainwashing cult!
